SPENGA is an unrivaled fitness experience. Unlike any studio of its kind, SPENGA combines three essential elements of fitness to create what’s simply known as the best workout ever. This unique concept delivers cardiovascular, strength, and flexibility training in every session. Through a combination of spin, strength, and yoga each workout is designed to improve endurance, strength, and flexibility.

Our one-of-a-kind studio is dedicated to giving you everything you need to hit your fitness and weight loss goals. Each session is an hour long and includes the following elements:

The "Ride, Rep, Revive" routine is built for every person, regardless of their fitness level. Everything you need to know for your first session

Of course, our studio wouldn't be complete without mindful amenities including:
  • Water stations for refillable bottles (endless supply)
  • SPENGA bottles for purchase - or you can bring your own if you prefer
  • Yoga mats (you can also bring your own or purchase one from us)
  • Self-locking day lockers
  • Restrooms & showers
  • Complimentary toiletries
  • Supervised kids room
You're probably wondering what you should bring to your session:
  • Water bottle (your own or one you've purchased from us)
  • Personal sweat towel
  • Yoga mat (you may bring your own or use one of ours)
  • Gym shoes (for spin & strength session)
  • Spin shoes (if you prefer during the spin session)
  • Socks (for yoga, unless you prefer to be barefoot!)
For your first session:
  • Plan to arrive 15 minutes early so you can meet & check-in with a SPENGA staff member
  • Set-up your spin bike (our staff is more than happy to help if you're not sure of how to do this)
  • Start warming up!
